Not allowed#
Child sexual abuse material. Phishing and impersonation. Fraud and scams. Malware and command-and-control. Attacks on systems you are not authorised to test. Spam. Selling or publishing stolen data, and doxxing. Illegal markets. Extortion, harassment and incitement to violence. Sanctions evasion and laundering.
Explicitly allowed#
Security testing of systems you own or are authorised to test, privacy tools, Tor relays, personal VPNs, and lawful speech someone dislikes.
How abuse is handled#
Accounts are not monitored. A report is checked against the public name or server itself; if it is on the list, the service is suspended or removed and the account can be closed. Clear cases are acted on without warning.
